Abstract:  The rapid adoption of AI and high-performance computing is driving significant increases in data center power density and heat generation. As traditional cooling technologies approach their practical limits, the industry is accelerating the transition toward more efficient liquid cooling solutions.

This presentation examines the drivers behind this shift and explores immersion cooling as a key technology for future data center infrastructure. The session will cover immersion cooling technologies, dielectric fluid options, and the critical fluid properties required to deliver reliable thermal performance. Attendees will gain an understanding of how immersion cooling can help support higher-density computing while improving energy efficiency and enabling the next generation of AI-ready data centers.
